Why TDP is Hesitating To Handover Jagan’s Case to NIA?

The recent developments in the attempt to murder on YSRCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy are pointing finger at the Telugu Desam Party president and Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, according to former Minister and YSRCP leader Botsa Satyanarayana.
Talking to reporters , he said that the YSRCP since day one had been demanding an impartial inquiry by third party. But the TDP government handed over the case to a special investigating team (SIT) to dilute the probe. Now, the SIT is refusing to hand over its investigation reports and evidence to the NIA which had taken over probe of the case on High Court’s direction, he pointed out.
“It is a pity that the SIT is refusing to hand over the reports to NIA on the plea the case is in the High Court. If Chandrababu, his son Nara Lokesh and the State police did not have a hand in the matter, why should they be afraid of NIA? They should have straight away handed over the case to the third party which our president Jagan had demanded. Now Chandrababu is creating obstacles to NIA investigation, by refusing to give the records of investigation in the case makes one increasingly suspicious of the TDP in the murder attempt,” he added…
